School Transport

The transport service provider extends the School transport facility; the School only supervises & supports for smooth & hassle-free service. The School can neither guarantee the availability of seats in the School Vehicle nor guarantee the pick-up or drop by the school vehicle at any specified location near your residence. The parent/ guardian should coordinate with the Vehicle service provider regarding the pick-up and drop-off location of the student. Vehicles used for transporting students who have opted for vehicle facilities cover neighboring villages of the School are. All vehicles are equipped with CCTV cameras & connected electronically to the control room through a GPS tracking system installed in the school vehicles.

Rules & regulations to be followed for the safety guidelines of the wards

1. A parent should not try to overtake and stop the school bus to board the child, as this may lead to an accident with the vehicle or put the boarders in danger.
2. Parents should refrain from calling over phone with the drivers during the travel hours. Kindly contact the administration office of the School if you have any concerns.
3. A student who avail the school vehicle should arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the arrival time of the school bus. The scheduled pick-up time is available with the transport supervisor at the School. The School reserves the right to alter the timings, routes and stoppages as and when necessary.
4. Students are issued a ID Card. While returning home, the student is strictly advised to wear the ID Card till the vehicle reaches their drop-off location.
5. The student must board the right vehicle and must remain present at the exact location for availing of the bus service and stay away from the main road.
6. No alteration of the norms mentioned above will be entertained unless permission for the same is obtained from the school authorities.
7. If a student misses his/her allotted vehicle, he/she should not try to board any other school vehicle. The parents’ responsibility is to drop off their wards at the School.
8. The School will not be held responsible for any lapse in the vehicle services. In case of any discrepancy, parents may meet the Transport-In-Charge.
9. The vehicle will not wait for latecomers.
10. Students should only come near the entry door of the vehicle once it comes to a complete halt.
11. Students must not put any part of their body outside the vehicles, even their hands to wave.
12. No object should be discarded inside or thrown outside the vehicle. This act should lead to the strict disciplinary action.
13. The driver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason.
14. The drivers are instructed to stop vehicles at the designated stops only. The list of stops is prepared to keep the convenience and safety of all bus commuters in view and is always subject to change.
15. Parents have to ensure that their wards do not go to and fro from vehicles stops unescorted.
16. Parents (or whoever is authorised by the parents) have to produce the Escort Card at the vehicle stop to receive their wards from the respective bus drop points, falling which the student will be brought back to the School and later, will be handed over to the concerned person based on Escort Card.

School vehicles fees for Academic Session 2026 – 2027

This gives an idea of various important vehicle points and same can change without any further explanations. Even, the vehicle routes may differ for Junior School and High School and the exact pickup & drop point shall be determined and informed only after the beginning of the Academic Session. vehicle charges (subject to change due to fuel price, etc.), are mentioned here in below:

A parent who withdraws the transport facility before the vacations and rejoins after the vacations, may not be given the transport facility. The amount is payable along with the school fees on a regular basis.
